El tema de las bebidas es deficiente, tanto en los restaurantes como en las albercas y playa, en los restaurantes tardan mucho en llevarte tu bebida y ya no vuelven a preguntar si ocupas algo, y en las albercas nunca se acercan a ofrecerte bebidas, y es necesario si o si los servibares, pueden optar por regalar solo 1 resurtido de servibar y de allí en adelante cobrar si toman algo del servibar.

me encantó el servicio de todo el staff así como las instalaciones. en los buffets, algunas comidas podrían mejorarse pero en general lo disfruté mucho así como la bebidas. solo tuvimos tapete de baño un día, los siguientes pasamos de tener 5 toallas en total en el baño a tener solo 3, pero la limpieza siempre se hacía a tiempo

Mexico is a beautiful Place . The Krystal Puerto Vallarta was disappointing . Housekeeping came at 430 when we were getting ready for dinner everyday . The room was great . The food was the same everyday , by the last 4 days , we could not eat dinner there anymore .( many friends said the same ) There is absolutely NO activities at all , the lobby bar closed at 10 or 11pm which depended on how many people around , no night time shows and only an Asian restaurant which is in the same buffet room. . The is construction over the main pool all day at 730 am . The same were amazing and work very hard. Carlos , Victor and his counterparts ..there was not one staff who let us down . A lot of money paid for basically just a room and food .such a shame as the location was excellent and it could be so much better . I will not return to this resort ever but. I will not be recommending this resort to others .
