Mexico is a beautiful Place . The Krystal Puerto Vallarta was disappointing . Housekeeping came at 430 when we were getting ready for dinner everyday . The room was great . The food was the same everyday , by the last 4 days , we could not eat dinner there anymore .( many friends said the same ) There is absolutely NO activities at all , the lobby bar closed at 10 or 11pm which depended on how many people around , no night time shows and only an Asian restaurant which is in the same buffet room. . The is construction over the main pool all day at 730 am . The same were amazing and work very hard. Carlos , Victor and his counterparts ..there was not one staff who let us down . A lot of money paid for basically just a room and food .such a shame as the location was excellent and it could be so much better . I will not return to this resort ever but. I will not be recommending this resort to others .

Rentaron una habitación que tenía pésimos colchones, afortunadamente la Sra. Laura Guardado nos resolvió el problema y nos consiguió una habitación remodelada, pero es recomendable que la gente de recepción informe el estado que guarda cada habitación y uno decida si acepta hospedarse en esas condiciones. Falta una tienda o mini super que venda medicinas, botana o artículos personales.

My only comment would be about the food. At our location there was 1 reservations only restaurant. 2 buffet,one near lobby and the other close to the beach. Dinner options were the same at both buffets. Maybe change up the one one near the beach with lighter healthier choices. More simple seafood would be lovely. A salad bar of sorts ,chips and guacamole and fresh Pico would be a huge hit.
